“Unprofessional! Make up rules, processes and procedures as she goes along. Changes things and blames the client for not doing their part! When the client has been doing their part and you switch up in the middle of things, do not blame the client!! Alot of us are putting in the work but if you change up things without notice, do not expect the client to take the blame. She doesn't write professional emails. Her emails are to attack and accuse or as if she is talking to a child! I am not referring anymore people to her and will start looking for a more respectful and professional credit repair company to conduct business with.
